Linking Personal and Planetary Regeneration
Our Vision
We want a world where caring for the land and caring for ourselves are seen as one system. Healthy soil grows nutrient-dense food.
Nourished bodies have energy, focus, and resilience. Both follow the same principles: balance, awareness, and adaptation.
Regeneration begins when systems are supported, not forced. Observing the cycles of growth, stress, repair, and renewal gives insight and the power to act with purpose. Leaders who notice these patterns can make confident decisions and create conditions where people and ecosystems thrive together
Our Purpose
The Watch bridges gaps. For too long, environment and health have been treated as separate conversations. We bring them together. We do this by:
Sharing knowledge that connects soil health, nutrient-dense food, and human wellbeing
Exploring the links between nutrition, lifestyle, and optimal physical and mental performance
Investigating farming practices and food production systems that support resilience in people and the planet
Encouraging open conversations about holistic wellbeing, leadership, and interoception without stigma or discomfort
Providing clear, science-informed resources that help individuals and leaders build capacity, make better decisions, and sustain energy for the challenges they face
Support & Learning
We want to provide a platform for everyone to understand why we should care about our health and environment as an holistic system.
Our bodies need nourishing food and a nourishing environment. Practices which care for the land can help to provide these resources, whilst reducing carbon levels and offering sustainable resources long into the future.
It starts here. From this, we Grow.
"Soil function is the foundation of climate and human repair. By choosing food that nourishes us, we can guide farmers, policymakers, and food companies to put soil first and, in doing so, heal the planet.”
